 "Kim has been very reliable watching our dogs when we are gone, either for a day or 2 weeks. She takes the extra step to stay current on our pets' needs & circumstances, asking about any changes, etc. 
She always leaves a detailed report of each visit she makes, what the dogs did, how they acted, etc. As an added measure, she always leaves us a written reminder to contact her to let her know we have returned home, otherwise she will assume we were delayed and come again as scheduled, so as not to stress us or our pets.
